Let your dog stay and play in a familiar setting with people and other doggie friends that they know, and know them! Where will my dog stay at night? With our beautiful new Snooze Room, your dog will stay overnight in a luxurious, spacious, professional run, complete with privacy panels, special bedding, and even deluxe dutch doors. Our Snooze room has its own outside space for private outdoor time for those boarders that do not participate in daycare and for ease of potty time for those late righters and early risers! The snooze room is sanitized with our custom installed central shop vacuum disinfecting system for the cleanest and safest stay possible. Will daycare hours change? No all daycare hours will remain the same and boarders will have a choice of half days or full days of daycare when pre-arranged prior to your drop off. What will the daily schedule be.. 6am - All dogs up and at'em, first potty break. 6:30am - Breakfast is served. 7am-5pm - All dogs will participate in a fun day of daycare and swimming. (nap time/lunch 12pm-2pm) 5pm - Dinner is served. 6pm-7pm- All dogs will be let out for their last potty break for the night. 8pm - All dogs tucked away for a good night sleep. Will someone be able to administer medications?.We administer medication provided in pill, powder or liquid form for no additional charge. We do not give any injected medications. All medications must be in their original container and clearly labeled. Can I bring my own dogs bed? Absolutely, if you have a blanket or tee shirt with your scent, it may help a nervous dog feel more comfortable while away from familiar surroundings. Of course we will provide bedding if requested at no charge. (If your dog is known to be a "chewer" please alert us and we will be sure to remove blankets/ bedding from kennels. Owners will be billed replacement cost of any property of CFFC that is damaged or destroyed.) What happens if my dog gets sick or injured? All of our overnight staff members are certified in pet first aid and CPR. You will be contacted and in the event of an emergency your dog will be transported to your personal vet or VCA Alameda East if after hours. What dogs will be accepted? Each dog will be evaluated (all dogs must be neutered or spayed over the age of 6 months), temperament tested, and have vaccinations verified, only then will qualified dogs be accepted into our daycare and pools. Distemper, Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations must be up to date 7 days prior to attending daycare. Animals, whose vaccinations are not up to date, will not be allowed to attend CFFC. Bordetella must be updated every 6 months. Young puppies must have a minimum of 2 series of vaccines to be admitted. Can my dog have a bath and nail trim over my stay? We would love to send your pet home smelling and looking their best! If you would like to have your dog bathed and/or nails trimmed during their stay please schedule this at the time of your reservation. Do you offer medical boarding? Unfortunately we do not offer overnight care for dogs with severe medical issues. If your dog needs to be supervised overnight or needs injectable medication, we recommend boarding at a veterinary hospital. Is the facility monitored overnight? CFFC is supervised from 6am - 9pm. With a brand new facility all safety precautions have been taken into consideration. Web cameras are monitored from outside the facility, smoke and fire alarms are always armed and kennels are safe and secure to assure all dogs have a safe and restful night's stay. Drop off and Pick up times: We believe that convenience is a key factor in where you decide to leave your pet. CFFC allows drop offs and pick?ups at any time during scheduled daycare hours. Monday-Sunday, 7am-8pm (nap time from 12pm-2pm the daycare is closed). Dogs that are dropped off prior to 2pm will be charged a full day of daycare, after 2pm a half day of daycare will be accessed, in addition to your overnight charge. Dogs that are picked up after 12pm on discharge day are charged a full day of daycare. When and where will the dogs eat? Per your instructions, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner that either you provide for the duration of your dog's stay, or for a charge of $3 per feeding we will feed high quality NutriSourceR Food. (Please pack meal-sized portions including treats in reseal able plastic containers/bags marked with dogs name.) During meal time, every dog has his or her very own private dining space, so special diets and medications are never a problem. Pricing: $17 each dog per evening. (plus your choice of daycare) Individual dog with an existing daycare package- you are welcome to utilize it - you only pay the additional nightly charge. $14.45 each dog per evening. (plus your choice of daycare) Multiple dogs with an existing daycare package- you are welcome to utilize it - you only pay the additional nightly charge. We recommend dropping your dog off for a full day of daycare on your departure day. Dogs that participate in daycare will be tuckered out and well adjusted for their evening rest. Swims are just $5 to add on! A 50% non - refundable deposit is required for all holiday stays. If it is necessary to cancel your reservation, please be kind and allow 24 - 48 hours prior to your stay so we have time to re-book your unused space.
